Price Match Conditions
Berties aim to provide competitive prices. We are happy to match any cheaper price according to the terms and conditions below. Our competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery. (we may need to confirm this)
1. Prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
2. We will match any competitor in the UK with the exception of sale items, auction sites, prices including voucher codes or private sales.
3. The product must be identical (e.g current season/supplier code).
4. Price matching must be confirmed by us before any order is placed.
Our price match policy is at the discretion of Berties and we reserve the right to withdraw this at any time.
How To Claim
If you have found a cheaper price from our competitors and it meets our price match conditions, please email us the following:
1. Title the email 'Price Match'.
2. State the item name, colour and size that you wish to price match.
3. A link to the site offering a better price (NOT a price comparison site).
4. Any further comments.
