We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, that's why we offer a 100% no-quibble money back guarantee. You have 14 days to return a product to us for a full refund, providing it is unused and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or wrongly described, please contact us before shipping to arrange the return as we will also refund the original delivery charge. This doesn’t apply if the item is simply unwanted. 

If you wish to exchange any items in your order, please contact the shop so we can reserve the item for you. If we are shipping the exchange out to you, please note that there will be a delivery charge.

IMPORTANT - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
On the Customs Declaration description put 'Returned Goods Of UK Origin' and the value 'zero'. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to you by customs and will not be refunded.

IN-STORE

We can only offer a credit note for items that are bought in-store and must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in perfect condition with tags attached. Items bought in the sale in-store are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will only offer a monetary refund if the item is faulty. 

Where a credit note is issued, an expiry date of 6 months applies.
